Where can i find out what Arsene 50 has to offer?

How does the arsene50 pricing works?

The Arsene50 price is equal to 50% of the full adult price for the category in question plus 1 € service fee.

Where and when can i buy tickets?

At the ticket desk of Arsene 50 which is at the BIP, rue Royale 2-4 in 1000 Brussels. Open 7d/7 from 12.30 pm to 5.30 pm.

Is the number of places per person limited?

The number of places is not limited.

Why do sales stop at 5.30 pm?

All ticket sales, whether online or at the ticket desk, must close at 5.30 pm. This in order to allow organizers to pick up unsold tickets and sell them at their own rates, so that they can manage their seating plan and accommodate their audience.

On which days is the ticket desk closed?

The Arsene 50 ticket desk is closed on 25 December, 1 January, 21 July and 15 August.

How are numbered places seated? Will they be next to each other?

We do not manage the seats in theatres. However, when exchanging your voucher, 30 minutes before the start of the performance, the organisers will do their best to seat group orders close together.

I have had a connection problem and the reservation was interrupted. I want to complete the reservation but i do not see any more seats available on the website. What can i do?

Wait a few minutes and refresh the internet page. If you make a reservation, the places will be blocked for 20 minutes.

Can one surf without problems through any browser?

To surf in an ideal manner on Arsene50 we advise you to use Edge, Firefox or Google Chrome

I ordered tickets online but i have not received any vouchers. What can i do?

Send an e-mail to: client@arsene50.brussels sstating your name, the desired performance and the number of tickets you wish to book.

What do i do with the vouchers?

If you buy your tickets at the Arsene 50 desk, you will receive 1 voucher per person. This voucher must be exchanged at the ticket desk of the organiser 30 minutes before the start of the performance.

If you buy your tickets online, you will receive a pdf file with 1 voucher per page by e-mail.  You must print this voucher and exchange it at the ticket desk of the organiser 30 minutes before the start of the performance. It can be stored on your smartphone to be shown to the organiser.
