Practical information

  • I ordered tickets online but I have not received any voucher. What can I do?
    Please check your junk mail first, sometimes emails are treated as spam. If this is not the case, we suggest that you make a new order as soon as possible and send us proof of payment to lastminute@visit.brussels, so that we can refund you for the failed attempt.
  • I have had a connection problem and the reservation was interrupted. I want to complete the reservation but I do not see any more seats available on the website. What can I do?
    Wait a few minutes and refresh the internet page. If you make a reservation, the places will be blocked for 20 minutes.
  • Where can I find out about the offer?
    Our daily offer can be consulted the day before from 5.30 pm on this website. An email newsletter is sent every Tuesday announcing the weekly program, to receive this newsletter you simply need to subscribe online. This offer is subject to change and evolves throughout the week. We advise you to consult this website daily to discover the most recent and final offer.
  • Where and when can I buy tickets?
    At the ticket desk which is at the BIP, rue Royale 2-4 in 1000 Brussels. Open Monday to Sunday from 12.30 pm to 5.00 pm. Or online on this website, 7d/7 from 12.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
  • What do I do with the voucher(s)? 
    If you buy your tickets at the desk, you will receive 1 voucher per person. This voucher must be exchanged at the ticket desk of the organiser 30 minutes before the start of the performance. If you buy your tickets online, you will receive a pdf file with 1 voucher per page by e-mail. You must print this voucher and exchange it at the ticket desk of the organiser 30 minutes before the start of the performance. It can be stored on your smartphone to be shown to the organiser.
  • How does the pricing work? 
    The price is equal to 50% of the full adult price for the category in question plus 1 € service fee.
  • Why do sales stop at 5.30 pm? 
    All ticket sales must close at 5.30 pm. This in order to allow organizers to pick up unsold tickets and sell them at their own rates, so that they can manage their seating plan and accommodate their audience.
  • Is the number of vouchers per person limited? 
    No.
  • On which day is the ticket desk closed?  
    The ticket desk is closed on 25 December and 1 January. If you wish to know the exact closing days, we recommend you to subscribe to our weekly newsletter.
  • How are numbered places seated? Will we be next to each other? 
    We do not manage the seats in theatres. However, when exchanging your voucher, 30 minutes before the start of the performance, the organisers will do their best to seat group orders close together. beheer van de plaatsen in de zalen ligt niet in onze handen.
